Hi! My name is Ryann Bierman, and I am an Ambassador Girl Scout in Troop 22222. I have been in Girl Scouts since kindergarten! My favorite things to do are read, write, crochet, and explore the outdoors. One of my passions is paleontology, which is the study of Earth's history through fossils and it's actually what I am going to college for. My other passion is environmental conservation, hence this project!
Between the two, I find nature both fascinating and fantastic! Be it animals, plants, or clouds, I love it! And I love sharing new facts about nature with other people.
This project is a culmination of a love of science, one bat stuffed animal, and a general fascination with the outdoors. Thank you to my mom, who taught me to love the natural world, for sticking with me. Thank you to my dad for helping my squirrel brain stay on track, and thank you to my sister, Jenna, for making me laugh when I wanted to scream. I love you.
To my Girl Scout family: Thank you to my leaders for teaching me so much. For putting up with my ridiculousness and making even the most boring things exciting. To my fellow scouts, thank you for gardening with me. Thank you for pitching tents, and cooking pancakes in the rain. Thanks for being some of my best friends and my Girl Scout Sisters. You ladies are the best and the world is not ready for all of us.
